How it works

Trainer Restoration Policy

We will cover the costs to restore your Trainers following damage from general wear and tear of your footwear. This policy can be activated after a period of 8 or 12 months, as this is the average lifespan of Trainers.

Should you need to claim, you can contact us and we will arrange the collection, restoration and re-delivery of your footwear.

Early activation is possible but is at company discretion and may incur an additional cost depending on the scope of works required.

What we cover:

Rezurec only deal with any trainers purchased within the last 28 days. This ensures that we are only paying for items bought within a reasonable period from point-of-sale of your covered trainers.

Upon buying the policy, you will need to send us proof of purchase, along with a photograph of the trainers and send them to info@rezurec.co.uk

8-Month Plan – £30
12-Month Plan – £40
