Rezurec Assurance provides shop front maintenance and a comprehensive maintenance plan tailored to retail and commercial properties. Inspection and Reporting:

Section 1. GENERAL POLICY CONDITIONS
1. Rights to Information
In the event of any claim made to Rezurec, customers are obligated to provide us with the means to validate their loss by way of providing any of following: a) To be physically sent the damaged luxury goods being claimed for. b) Proof of purchase receipts, bank statements or to demonstrate ownership of the luxury
good(s) being claimed for. c) Written statements of how damage occurred if necessary.
We retain the right to decline a claim if there is a lack of supporting information is given, find that a claim is fraudulent or the circumstances are seen to be excluded from this policy.
2. Counterfeit Goods/Fraud
Rezurec will not cover or offer service for non-authentic goods. In the event of a claim or at any time throughout during the time you are covered, should we discover any item on cover to be counterfeit, this policy will be voidable from the date of purchase. In such cases, Rezurec retain the right to keep any payments and may also share the information with the authorities to prevent fraud. Rezurec are solely responsible to prove all cases related to this clause.
3. Reasonable Care
Although it is not imperative to our cover, customers are expected to, at the best of their ability, prevent damage or to their luxury goods by way of: a) Keeping their luxury goods stored in their original boxes when not in use. b) Keeping their luxury goods out of the reach of minors or pets.
c) Avoiding negligent or the inappropriate use of their luxury items. Failure to meet this condition may impact your claim should any damage arise from any of the mentioned circumstances, or a clear lack of care can be proven.
4. Payment for Policy
It is a condition precedent to our liability that payment for the policy is received including renewals for an item you intend to be covered after a claim is honoured. This condition does not apply for over-the-counter purchases or those who purchase the policy outright via a partnered retail store or through direct Rezurec channels. However renewals will need to be arranged directly through Rezurec
5. Dual Cover
The buyer of the item in question along with this policy automatically becomes the policyholder for the purposes of making the claim. There can only be one policyholder per item. Should you wish to gift an item the transfer of the policy must be arranged directly with Rezurec. If two policies are bought for the same item we may not be able to refund the amount paid incorrectly.
6. Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel this policy within 14 days after its purchase and receive a full refund of their policy, after the 14 days we will require 30 days’ notice before cancellation. Rezurec retain the right to retain the monies paid before notice is given unless we have stated otherwise. Should the policy be bought overthe-counter through one of our partnered retail stores any refunds will be subject to the terms of the retailer.
8. Third parties
No third party other than the named holder of the policy can enforce the cover stated in this document, make any amendments or cancel this policy unless we have verbal or written authorisation from the named holder of the policy or such a third party can demonstrate that they are a legal representative of the named holder of the policy.
9. Subject to Risk Assessment
Rezurec are entitled to complete risk assessments periodically while providing cover, should Rezurec identify a trend in losses or risks that this policy did not intend to cover that has not yet been documented in this policy, Rezurec have the right to amend the policy and it’s conditions in order to rectify any oversights made either at inception or at the renewal of this policy.
Continuation of cover will be subject to the policyholder’s acceptance of any new conditions placed after the risk assessment.
Section 2. COVER & EXCLUSIONS
Trainers/Shoes – The following cover can only be activated after 12 months from the date the policy is activated and 12 months after the activation:
1. Wear and Tear – any accumulative damage occurring from the proper use of covered item.
Excluding all of the following:
1. Accidental damage Also Including: a) Caused by insects, vermin or fungi b) Damage from cleaning, dyeing, alteration or unauthorised repair attempts c) Attempts to self-restore items
2. Theft involving entry to the premises by forcible or violent means, hold up or assault Including:
a) Theft with no forcible or violent entry b) Theft by deception c) Unattended items in a vehicle d) Theft of items stored outside or in any outbuilding e) Theft by residents in your home
f) Theft from another address where you are not residing in. g) Theft from the home after leaving for more than 30 consecutive day
3. Other Insured Events – any incidents that would otherwise be covered
Section 3: Our Claims Service
Should any protected item be damaged by one of the events mentioned in the above section

policy terms, Rezurec will:
Request the item in question be sent to us by way of pre-paid package, with any proof of purchase receipts. b) Validate its authenticity. Verify details of the damage with you either by telephone or email where appropriate.
Send the item to one of approved suppliers to confirm if restoration is possible. Authorise restoration through one of our approved suppliers. Return the newly restored item to the address on your policy document, unless we're instructed otherwise.
If restoration cannot be completed, Rezurec may seek to replace the item in question and return a brand-new item of the same specification. In the event that we cannot return an item, Rezurec at the request of the customer, will return all payments made for the policy on the basis that no service can be offered.
