How it Works

  1. You receive or purchase a device through one of our retail partners.
  2. You activate your policy via our activation email. Your policy is not active until this step is complete.
  3. You use your device as normal
  4. Submit your claim and we will cover the costs for restoring your device.

  • Scratches, scuffs, surface marks
  • Worn or faded finishes
  • Dents and impact marks
  • General appearance to deterioration caused by normal use


Functional Maintenance (Optional Cover)


  • Degraded buttons or switches
  • Worn charging ports or connectors
  • Battery performance caused by age and use
  • Gradual component fatigue affecting usability
